• Bethlehem Steel Burns Harbor, Indiana Plant - Start up of #1 Continuous Caster - Length of time from first hot metal cast to full production was half the time expected.  Net savings 5.7 Million Dollars.
• Newport Steel - Facilitated labor/management team in design of craft combination project after 1 1/2 years of no progress.  Saved company from Federal law suit.
• Bethlehem Steel Sparrows Point, Maryland Plant - Developed self study training program for eleven positions on three electroplating lines resulting in improvements in quality, reduction of overtime, and increased production.
• National Steel Great Lakes Michigan Division - Designed, delivered, and managed training effort for conversion of the #1 Continuous Caster to a twin caster design - Resulted in first ever, in the world, start up of a twin caster without an operator error.  Full twin capacity was reached eight months ahead of the twelve month schedule.
• Bethlehem Steel Burns Harbor Indiana Plant - Designed, delivered and scheduled plant wide OSHA Mandated Training Program for 6000 person plant - Resulting in significant improvement in safety record for the plant and documented savings of 1.1 Million Dollars.
• Eighth United States Army - Operated ACS Umbrella Contract in Korea for two years providing fifty-four contract employees in sixteen job classifications in fourteen locations - Resulting in decreased vacancy rates; from an average of 30% vacancies to fully staffed.  In the second year of operation All ACS Centers in Korea have been accredited or recommended for accreditation.
