| Judith E.A. Perkinson - President Judith is the co-founder of The Calumet Group and has served as president since 1994. She has over forty years of experience and is recognized as an international and national expert in the field of training. She has testified on training issues before the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives on over twenty occasions. She has an extensive background in training design, training delivery, and training management. As an author, her books include: Every Manager is a Training Manager, and Northwest Indiana Guide to Vocational Education. She has published over sixty training manuals covering a wide variety of topics from management and organizational development issues, to technical topics. She has presented numerous papers at international conferences in North America and Eastern Europe, most recently at the Oxford Round Table in Oxford, England. | |||||||||
| William Pishkur - Project Manager Bill has successfully shepherded major projects from start to finish for almost twelve years. His adaptability, adherence to proper documentation, and his exceptional people management skills have served our customers well. Bill has a low key, no nonsense way of making people feel comfortable and secure in his leadership. His sense of humor is legendary. | |||||||||
| Jeffrey A. Sheets - Technical Writer Jeff first came to us as an intern while working on his degree at Purdue University. In the years he has been with us, we have seen him grow into a confident and talented technical writer. He has been very successful in the development of our Learner Program and the Right Start Training System. | |||||||||
| Mary Anne Turnipseed - Office Manager Mary Anne has been with The Calumet Group for over fifteen years. Her efficiency keeps the office running smoothly. Her dedication to her job literally keeps her up at night since she is in available to our offices in Korea (fifteen hours ahead of us). Regardless of her long hours she can always be counted on to go that extra mile. | |||||||||
| Ruth Feledy - Secretary Ruth started with The Calumet Group a little over eleven years ago. She came with very little computer experience. Thanks to Mary Anne's patience and a few computer classes, her skills have greatly improved. Now she is responsible for the design on all office publications, from brochures to manuals. Her newest endeavor is our new web site. | |||||||||
| Supplemental Resources When a project has been identified The Calumet Group will determine what supplemental resources are needed to best serve the customer. In some instances it will be cost effective for The Calumet Group to provide the required services directly. Very often a combination of supplemental resources are utilized, including equipment vendors, local colleges and universities, subject experts, and training vendors with off-the-shelf delivery capabilities in related areas. The Calumet Group has used a wide variety of these supplementary resources in the past. | |||||||||
