Doing business with

The Calumet Group, Inc.

       is GOOD BUSINESS!

A Look At Our Customers

Through the sixteen years, The Calumet Group has been in business, we have used a five-phase approach to our service delivery. We call it our Major Project Operation Strategy.  We have provided service to over forty companies, divisions of companies, agencies, or government units.  Over a hundred projects ranging from a simple one day workshop to overseeing the training for the start up of a greenfield steel mill.  Our customers have spanned three continents!  Below are some examples of the kind and quality of service we are capable of.
State of Nevada
National Guard

In January 2005, The Calumet Group was selected to staff and run all of the Family Resource Centers for the Nevada Air and Army National Guard.  The three centers are in Reno, Carson City, and Las Vegas. A total of eight employees provide a wide variety of services to the Guard soldiers and their families. Currently 70% of the Guard is deployed to Iraq.

United States Army
Eighth United States Army - Korea

In FY02 the Eighth United States Army in Korea put out for bid their first Army Community Service (ACS) Umbrella Contract. This contract combined fifty individual contracts involving sixteen job classifications in fourteen locations across the Republic of Korea.  The Calumet Group was the successful bidder.  Since then we have worked in close partnership with EUSA (now KORO) to make this ACS Umbrella Contract work.  We are proud to say we have never received an unsatisfactory performance rating. Ratings have steadily climbed to Very Good and Excellent. In addition to the required contract work, The Calumet Group has gone beyond the scope of work and developed individual training programs for each of the positions covered by the contract.  These stand alone training modules, called Right Start, provide consistent training in accordance with Army Regulations and ACS Accreditation Standards. Out of the 22 ACS areas located throughout the world, six are accredited. Five of those accreditations have taken place in Korea, after The Calumet Group took over the umbrella contract.
